How much do you charge?We have a fixed fee model. Call to discuss We have an agreed upfront retainer and the balance of our fee is paid once the property is unconditional. We save you money with our fixed fee, no-commision structure as the fee is not determined by your budget. Our fixed fee model covers everything from sign on to exchange, including post settlement support. Regardless of how many properties we present you, our flat fee covers you until you have purchased. Can I use my SMSF (self managed super fund) to buy property?Seek advice from your accountant, if this is an option for you, then yes we can help source a property using SMSF.

Can I buy in a Trust or company?Seek advice from your accountant on purchasing properties through a Trust, if this is an option for you, then yes we can help.

How long will it take to find a property?Typically anywhere between 2-12 weeks. To be honest, this takes time and we may look at over 100 plus properties before we find one that passes all our checks. Some clients we have purchased within 2 weeks and other clients up to 12 weeks. Our property selection process is “without compromise”.

Do you recommend other professionals such as accountants, mortgage brokers, property managers?Yes, if you need additional support or help to build out your team, you will get access to our black book of preferred partners.

How much do you normally pay when buying a property?Our sweet spot is $300,000 - $600,000. Although we have purchased properties between $250,000 - $2,000,000. The price & type of property you buy is specific to your strategy

Can I use my own mortgage broker?Yes. We will partner with your mortgage broker and if you do not have a mortgage broker we are happy to introduce you to one.
