I am the founder of Richardson Advocacy. At the age of 18
I purchased my first property with my brother Jamie. At a young age I understood the importance of investing in property to create financial freedom. I knew I couldn’t spend my whole life working for others or stuck in the 9-5 grind. I have now been investing and building my property portfolio for over 25 years, and am in the top .9% of property investors in Australia; Something I am very proud and humble about.

I set up Richardson Advocacy after working with other Buyers Agents and wanting to do things differently, ensuring everything was without compromise: My experience, my partnership, my integrity, your investments and ultimately your results. You get me, my integrity and my know-how every time. I’m not in it to make a quick buck. I don’t need one. What drives me now is to see how I can make life better for those who choose to work with me, now and into the future.

This is where we get to know you. Your short term and long term goals, finances, desired returns, future investment plans, and any concerns you may have. We will always give you the truth about what is possible and what is not. Our strategy phase helps us formulate a tailored plan showing you how we are going to get you to achieving your property goals.

Based on your tailored investment plan and budget, the research begins to determine the best growth areas Australia wide, utilising a range of data sources & tools. You can be sure the selected markets will be the right ones. We will ensure you understand why, building your own investing knowledge along the way.

Here we brief our network of agents to source properties in the identified locations that are specific to your goals. Being well connected means we get access to many properties before they even hit the market. We actively lookfor these. We will reject far more properties than we will share. You can be sure that any property that we do share has been through an extensive checklist to gain our tick of approval.

Understanding the properties true market value is an essential part of our process. We will complete a detailed property analysis before commencing any form of negotiation.

Taking the emotion out of the process and armed with the properties true market value, our negotiation strategies ensure we save our clients thousands of dollars and get you the best possible price. We negotiate like it’s our own.

We don’t just leave you to sort this out for yourself. We ensure you are supported with trusted service providers where needed. From building inspectors & conveyancers, through to property managers. We want this part of the process to also be stress-free and streamlined. We communicate with all brokers, lenders, conveyancers and agents on your behalf.

settlement
We work closely with you and assist with all aspects of settlement of your investment. Including celebrating your purchase at the end!
post settlement support

We are in it for the long run so you will have ongoing support post-settlement. If you have any questions, you will know you can call. Our relationship doesn’t end because a property has settled. We will also review your property portfolio every year so you can see your growth in progress.

Why stop at settlement of one property when we are helping to build you a portfolio. We will show you how to extract the equity gained, or you can use cash saved, to purchase again, creating more passive income and building more wealth.

At Richardson, you always know from the beginning how much you pay for our services which makes it much easier for you to budget. There are no hidden costs or fees. We do not operate with partner kickbacks or affiliate bonuses.
No kickbacks and no referral fees, ever.

We have an agreed upfront retainer and the balance of our fee is paid once the property is unconditional.

We save you money with our fixed fee, no-commision structure as the fee is not determined by your budget.

Our fixed fee model covers everything from sign on to exchange, including post settlement support.

Regardless of how many properties we present you, our flat fee covers you until you have purchased.
